  26.    Reason for version:  Version 2.0 was a significant ugrade from 
  27.                         previous versions, but contained a bug which 
  28.                         was fixed in version 2.1.  This package includes
  29.                         exactly the same porgram files as version 2.1,
  30.                         but fixes a compatibility problem of Windows 3.1
  31.                         with certain Microsoft files in the package MPME21.
  32.                         In addition it fixes a glitch in the third party
  33.                         instrallation program used.  Users of WIN 95 or
  34.                         WIN NT will not notice any difference from MPME21.
